On October 15, Lee Branscome and I had a very interesting interview with Tyler Hagedorn, a first-team All-Summit selection this past season and a 2020 NBA Draft prospect.  In August, Tyler signed with Buducnost, the premier team in the Montenegrin Basketball League, which also competes in the Adriatic League and EuroCup.  In the interview, Tyler discussed his college career, his transition to the professional ranks in Europe, and his role with his new team.

This past season, Tyler led the nation in 3-point percentage among those with at least 140 attempts. The South Dakota senior made 51.4 percent of his threes, shot 82 percent from the free-throw line, and was ninth in DI with a true-shooting percentage of 68.1.  He averaged 18.1 points and 6.9 rebounds per game, leading the conference in plus-minus and offensive rating, ranking second in win shares, and finishing fourth for player efficiency rating.

Special thanks to Eric Kerr, who edited and produced this video, and to South Dakota Athletics for the video highlights and photographs.
